In order to provide an exceptional customer experience, AMW follows these basic steps:
• Obtain a written & verbal history from the customer in order to pinpoint need.
• Provide a written quote for work to be done, based on thorough research and current market trends, within + or – 10% of actual cost.
• Constant, clear communication between the customer and machinist.
• If any deviation in the original work order/quote is necessary, it is clearly and immediately communicated to the customer.
• If the customer agrees to any change he/she must sign for approval of said change each and every time. All changes are documented and written approval is obtained.
• Warranty availability for certain applications are fully explained and documented.
• Once a job has been completed the customer is given complete directions for proper care and maintenance of their remanufactured engine/product.
QUALITY: As much as we would like to, we cannot provide both quality parts and professional workmanship and low prices. Our regular customers know that our prices may be perceived to be in the higher bracket of the industry but they come back again and again because we do the work right and guarantee both parts and workmanship. Further to this we deliver real value. We will not market just to draw people in and use high pressure tactics to sell unneeded work. Please note that our labor rates must include the wages of our highly trained and skilled machinists plus other overhead costs such as rent, equipment, insurance, utilities, business and payroll taxes, etc. Please do not hesitate to ask for a quotation on any work or service.
